កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្រុមហ៊ុន ឌីណាម៉ិច គ្រុប បានរៀបចំកម្មពិធី “ ក្រុមហ៊ុន ឌីណាម៉ិច - ពេលវេលាជំរុញឆ្ពោះទៅមុខ” ដើម្បីអញ្ជើញបុគ្គលិកចូលរួមញ៉ាំអាហារពេលល្ងាចជុំគ្នានៅសណ្ឋាគារ សាន់អ៊ែនមូន។
យើងមានសេចក្ដីសោមនស្សរីករាយជាខ្លាំងដែល អ្នកឧកញ៉ា គួច ម៉េងលី ស្ថាបនិក ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល និងអគ្គនាយកប្រតិបត្តិ នៃក្រុមហ៊ុនម៉េងលី ជេ. គួច អេឌ្យូខេសិន បានផ្តល់កិត្តិយសចូលរួមកម្មវិធីជាវាគ្មិនក្រោមប្រធានបទ “តួនាទីរបស់បុគ្គលិកក្នុងដំណើរផ្លាស់ប្ដូរនៃក្រុមហ៊ុនជោគជ័យ” ដើម្បីចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងក៏ដូចជាបទពិសោធន៏ជាច្រើនក្នុងការលើកទឹកចិត្តទៅដល់បុគ្គលិកឱ្យទទួលបានជោគជ័យទៅថ្ងៃអានាគត។ ហើយយើងក៏មានការផ្ដល់បណ្ឌសរសើរ និងពានរង្វាន់សម្រាប់បុគ្គលិកឆ្នើម និងបុគ្គលិកធ្វើការដែលមានរយៈពេលយូរឆ្នាំផងដែរ។
On 11th February 2023, Dynamic Group held an event “Dynamic Transformation- Time for Acceleration” by inviting all of the employees to party the night away at Sun & Moon Riverside.
During this event, we’ve invited the honourable guest speaker, Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach, MD, MPH, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Mengly J. Quach Education to give a speech on the topic of “The role of employee in the transformation journey of a successful company" in order to share his knowledgeable experience to guide our employees towards a successful future. In the meantime, we celebrated by handing our employees outstanding performance award & CEO team award along with long service certificates to honour their loyalty and hard work.
