Job Description:

  • To do preventive maintenance services according to the monthly service schedules of equipment under warranty and service agreement, including on-call service support.
  • To do repair and troubleshooting either at customer site or dynamic workshop.
  • To do installation on new equipment and reallocate equipment.
  • To inspect all new arrival equipment, prepare for delivery, for installation at site and to end-user.
  • To attend the services training to develop the relevant skills and knowledge for the future improvement.
  • To conduct basic operation training for end-users before/after installation or when the customers need it.
  • To learn more on the improvement of communication skills for negotiating with the customers.
  • To provide product knowledge to customer regarding the advantages of preventive maintenance, so that the service agreement can be performed after the warranty or service agreement is expired.

Job Requirements:

  • Electronics or Electricity engineer is preferred
  • Working experience in Electronics or Electricity field, preferably in Medical Equipment or Hospital products sector
