Warranty
Equipment and Instruments supplied by Dynamic Pharma include a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Installation
Equipment and Instruments supplied by Dynamic come with installation service. We also supply training in the operation and regular cleaning of the equipment, free of charge.
Maintenance
Maintenance under warranty is free of charge, with routine check visits at six months interval by our professionally trained and qualified engineers. Warranties also include on-call support.
A maintenance service contract is advised one the equipment is out of warranty. Otherwise we can supply maintenance services on a case by case basis when required.
